Crispy layered flatbread or known as "Roti Boom" is a popular street food snack in Malaysia, particularly in Kuala Lumpur. It is a fusion dish that combines elements of Indian and Malaysian cuisine. Roti Boom is essentially a variation of the traditional Indian flatbread known as "Roti Canai" (or "Roti Paratha" in some regions), but it's made with a twist.
