Ingredients:
Fermented durians paste, chili, turmeric, laksa leaf, wild betel leaf, torch ginger flower, salt, sugar, Ajinomoto, water.
How to use:
1. Prepare fish/meat/squid/prawns and coat with the paste, then wrap with foil/banana leaves.
2. Grill over a flat pan for 20 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
3. Serve hot, slice, and enjoy.
*This paste is suitable for 2 pieces of patin fish (each weighing below 1kg).
Storage Instruction:
Frozen.
