Ingredients:
Fermented durians paste, chili, turmeric, salt, sugar, Ajinomoto, water.
How to use:
1. Pour 1.5 litres of water into a pot and add Pes Gulai Tempoyak, wait until it boils.
2. Add fish/chicken/prawns/meat and simmer until tender.
3. Serve hot, savour, and enjoy.
*This paste is suitable for 2 pieces of patin fish (each weighing below 1kg).
Storage Instruction:
Frozen.
