Suitable for:
People who have bad breath, swollen gums, toothache, cough with excessive phlegm, stomachache and abdominal pain due to stomach cold. It is also suitable for irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea and menstruation with the appearance of dark red blood clots due to blood stasis. People who have weakness of spleen and stomach, loss appetite, abdominal pain due to cold, fatigue, lethargy, anemia, pale complexion, cold hands and feet also can consume this tea.
Gentle Reminder:
Not suitable for diabetics, people with yin deficiency and internal heat body constitution. Pregnant women are recommended to consult TCM Practitioner and consume according to body constitution.
How to prepare the tea:
- Pour in 100-200 ml of hot water.
- Put the brown sugar tea cube into the cup.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Drink when the temperature is right.
The amount of brown sugar tea cubes and water can be increased /decreased according to personal preference.
