The Mediterranean region is home to the fragrant purple-blue flower known as lavender. It prefers arid conditions and has flowers that resemble wheat spikes. The slender stalks have little purple-blue flowers at the tops and are covered in star-shaped fine hairs. Gray green, long, thin leaves are present. It normally blooms in June and grows up to 80 cm.
Lavender tea's potent perfume is pleasing, has no negative side effects, and offers a number of health advantages, including calming, relaxing digestive tract spasms, refreshing, removing flatulence, assisting digestion, preventing nausea and dizziness, treating anxiety and neurological headaches, and preventing colds. It has the reputation of being "the best partner of office workers" because drinking when hoarse or voiceless can also aid in recuperation.
