Usage: The following is a guide on how to use the tomyam paste. Firstly, prepare and assemble the following ingredients. These are key to making the Tomyam paste reach its full flavor potential. The ingredients are 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of tomyam paste, 2 cups of water, a cup of sliced mushrooms, a cup of sliced onions, a cup of sliced bell peppers, a cup of sliced tomatoes, a tablespoon of fish sauce, a tablespoon of lime juice, a tablespoon of sugar, some salt of pepper, and a quarter cup of cilantro if you want to add some garnish for aesthetic.

Now, onto the steps to make them. Firstly, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Using a large wok would be convenient for stirring. Then, the tomyam paste can be added to the hot vegetable oil and stir fry it until the fragrance spreads across the room. Then, add water to the tomyam paste and stir it to mix the water and tomyam paste, making it into a light semi-transparent broth. Then, add the meat of your choice, be it beef, chicken, shrimp, or squids, they are not exclusive and can be mixed to be made into tits popular variant, the tomyam campur. Then, add the veggies of your choice as they are optional but add great nutritional value and flavor to the dish, but the onions and tomatoes are a must ingredient. Lastly, add the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar to further enhance the taste and aroma of the dish, and you can adjust them accordingly to your preference. Remember to stir them well each step and as you wait for them to cook to avoid the bottom of the soup from getting burnt and leaving a bitter taste.

Depending on the ingredients you add to the tomyam paste recipe, you can end up with a diverse range of tomyam variants such as seafood delicacies like suki tomyam and kung tomyam, bumbu tomyam, poktek tomyam, and many more.

  3. Kedai Harga Patut: The business has received this certification from Malaysia's Ministry of Domestic Trade and Costs of Living (KPDN), proving that it charges reasonable and affordable prices for its goods.

Packaging: For each pallet, 10 cartons of 48 X 200g packs are included. The tomyam flavoring paste is packaged inside a non-translucent packaging with a large green label. On the label, the Indonesian Corner Fast Food (ICFF) logo can be seen on the top left with Tomyam Paste written under it. An image of a bowl of tomyam is also placed with a mix of veggies and shrimp. The nutritional value table can also be seen placed on the bottom left just above the manufacturer’s information.

Storage Instructions: The product should be kept in a dry space at room temperature to avoid speeding up the expiration process. Proper storage should allow the product to last a full 24 months after its date of manufacturing.

The tomyam paste is an easy way to make the famous Thai dish as it is a nutrient-rich soup that requires a diverse range of herbs and spices. Popular due to its sour and spice nature, it is a very versatile type of dish, allowing locals from different regions of Thailand as well as close-by east coast Malaysians to put a personal twist to its taste and recipe. However, this ready-to-cook tomyam paste is not a vegetarian product, as the paste contains shrimp. Other ingredients include filtered water, palm oil, onion, garlic, candlenuts, tomyam powder, chili paste, shrimp paste, anchovy powder, galangal, lime leaf, ginger flower, salt, sugar, sauce stabilizer (E412 & E415), and permitted preservatives (E211).
