Product details of PEX Pipe

PEX pipe is made from the polyethylene material, adopting the cross-linking technique to from the covalent bond between polyethylene molecular chains. It has excellent heat resistance and outstanding mechanical and physical performance as compare to another traditional pipe. PEX pipe is one of the popular pipes in advance countries such as North America, Australia and European.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Straight cut with PMA Cutting tool PMACUT, 90° to the pipe axis
2. Using the pipe rounder device to round back the inner hole circle
3. Mark the insertion depth, for 16mm fitting the insertion depth (20mm -23mm) and for 20mm fitting the insertion depth (24mm - 27mm)
4. The hose is pushed completely joint

Note: For water heater connection, please connect after 1 meter from the water heater connection point.

Remark: Ensure that there are no scratches, gouges or any form of damage on the circumference of the tubing within 1 inch (25.4 mm) of the cut end when installing.
