CHILLIZ MEAT CURRY PASTE 200G

• Chilliz Meat Curry paste is a versatile paste that can be used on most type of meats. While it is a versatile paste, this moderately hot paste is unique and absolutely delicious. It can be served with rice, pasta or bread.

Storage Instruction:

• Shelf-life stable, able to store in room temperature.

Usage Instructions:

1. Pour in 1 packet Chilliz Meat Curry paste with 2.2lbs (1kg) meat of your choice (chicken, lamb or beef etc) and 2 potatoes (both cut into bite-sized pieces). Mix well and sauté with medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add 200ml to 300ml water, simmer with lid covered for 10 to 15 minutes till meat and potatoes are tender & cooked.
3. Stir in 200ml coconut milk, bring to a quick boil.
4. Serve with rice, pasta or bread.
   Remark: In place of coconut milk, use plain yoghurt, milk or low-fat milk.
