Ingredients:
Chickpeas, beetroot, fresh mint, onion, ginger, pepper, cumin, peanut oil blend and salt.

Storage Instructions:
Keep the unopened products frozen for safe consumption, as indicated on the packaging. Once opened, reseal and keep frozen for 1 month. OR Keep the products in a chilled state for safe consumption within 7 days.

Heating/ Cooking Instructions:

1. Air Fryer / Baking Oven - Air fry or bake the frozen falafels for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C until crispy outside.
2. Deep Frying - Simply deep fry the frozen falafels until it turns golden brown, crispy outside and tender inside.
