Ingredients: Glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, and palm sugar. 

Steaming: To enjoy Kuih Tiram, simply place the cakes in a steamer basket lined with banana leaves or parchment paper to prevent sticking. Steam the cakes over medium heat for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until they are soft and translucent.
