Marinate the lamb chops in a mixture of herbs, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Sear the chops on high heat on the stovetop until browned on both sides. Lamb chops marinated in garlic, rosemary, thyme, and olive oil then pan-seared on the stovetop to create a wonderfully flavorful crust.
