Cherry Alpha Enterprise was founded by Patricia Lim who started her chocolate business in 2019 after she studied with Chef Frederic and Chef Jesse Chaim for one year. At the beginning of the creation of cerise alpha, Cerise means Cherry in French also Patricia chose it as a form of gratitude and respect to Chef Frederic while Alpha refers to the maximum temperature in chocolate.
