Chemical washing is a cleaning technique that will completely clean the pipes, fan coil, and drains of your air conditioner so that heat and cold air are transferred more effectively.

For customers who haven't had their air conditioners serviced in more than six months and who use them often for extended periods of time or whose air conditioners still don't run at peak efficiency after servicing, aircon chemical washing is advised.

During the cleaning procedure, we will use chemical reagents to get rid of any dirt, mold, or dust particles that have built up inside the filters over time.

Some components of the air conditioner, including the fan coil unit (FCU), filters, condenser, and evaporator coils, will be taken apart during the cleaning procedure.

Chemical washing is required to maintain a smooth airflow, maintain acceptable indoor air quality, and extend the life of your air conditioning equipment.
