Our History

Universal NutriBeverage was founded in 1971 as a manufacturer of cordials under the '7 Rings' brand. After establishing a solid reputation, we diversified our offerings and, in 1992, launched the Sun Up brand to meet the growing demand for quality fruit drink concentrates. This premium, natural juice concentrate quickly positioned us as the market leader in Malaysia.

In recognition of our commitment to high-quality nutritional products, we rebranded as Universal NutriBeverage Sdn Bhd on November 1, 1997. Our inspiration to keep pace with global market demands and technology has driven us to develop and launch various fruit juice and premium beverage brands. Today, we produce a diverse range of premium cordials, healthy fruit drink concentrates, and ready-to-drink beverages, utilizing advanced technology and strict production standards. Our products are well-regarded locally and exported to over 30 countries worldwide. 

Factories & Operations

Universal NutriBeverage Sdn Bhd (UNB) operates a 1.2-acre production facility in Shah Alam, producing a range of products, including Sun Up, Hobury, One Up, 7 Rings, and Sunberry concentrates, ready-to-drink juices, cordials, and Beta-brand drinking water. Our trained QC personnel ensure high standards and consistency through regular testing. UNB's research and development center focuses on creating new nutritional products, all of which undergo rigorous testing before launch. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, hold HACCP certification, ensure all products are 'HALAL' certified, and have received the Keris Award for Malaysian Honesty Enterprise and the SME Rising Stars Award, reflecting our commitment to quality in local and export markets.
