Clever Mama Food Co., Ltd. was formally established in the year 2012. With an investment of RMB350 million, two modern food production bases were set up. One is Fujian Jinjiang Clever Mama Food Co., Ltd., which is in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, serving as the head company, while the other is Anhui Clever Mama Food Science and Technology Co., Ltd., located in Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. It is also the largest professional pudding production base in China, with 18 sets of production lines and about 800 workers. Meanwhile, it established a new product research and development center with a Japanese company in Iksan City, South Korea.

Today, Clever Mama Food Co., Ltd. has become a leading high-end pudding manufacturer with top sales in China and is one of the "standards for drafting and revising pudding desserts" in China.
