Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The lucky draw is open to those aged over 18, work in the packaging industry or related field (including end-user of packaging) and attend Shanghai World of Packaging that held between 17 and 20 November, 2015.
2. The prize is 3 night hotel accommodation for single/twin room which located in Shanghai, specified by the organizer. The staying date should be winner choice of 3 nights between 16 and 20 November 2015.
3. Once the winner has confirmed the check-in date, no change would be accepted.
4. The prize only includes 3 night accommodation, the winner nee d to pay for additional hotel service, for example, room service, IDD, upgrade to suite etc. (if there are any)
5. Please ensure the information on the pre-register form is correct, the organizer reserves the right to request for document(s) to confirm winner’s identity, for example (but not limited to), business card and passport.
6. The winner would get notification by the organizer  by 30 October by phone call or email.
7. All prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or any other item.
8. The employee and relatives of the show organizers and exhibitors are not eligible for this lucky draw.
9. In case of dispute, the organizer’s decision is final.
